A lead is that customers who are coming to you and to get in touch with you or shows the interest in your product or service.

Digital marketing leads are the requests from the visitors who visit your websites, i.e., future customer. These leads are generated through email marketing, social media business pages (Facebook, Instagram), landing pages, and video content. and video content. 

Conversions are those actions when a consumer actually turns into a client in other way conversion means when a visitor visits to your website and take meaningful actions such as fill a form, messages, use chat box, email signups, online sale or making a purchase. The percentage of total visitors that convert organically into your actual client is called your conversion rate.
